ABS lure workshop
HappyView’s proud hard plastic lure production workshop.
It boasts five production lines, covering lure sizes from 30mm to 500mm.
We also offer hand-polishing, in-house assembly, and a lure quality inspection workshop.
Every lure undergoes thorough craftsmanship and testing to ensure quality.

SOFT lure workshop
Happyview’s soft bait workshop emphasizes strict quality control. Leveraging extensive R&D experience, we ensure color inspections for injection molding, UV process monitoring, and PVC/TPE hang time limits.
We conduct three odor tests and ten paint friction tests.
We also accommodate custom requests—we never settle for “good enough,” striving to create premium soft baits.

Our metal bait shop manufactures lead, zinc alloy, copper, and tungsten jigs.
Our product line includes metal jigs, jig heads, spoons, and tungsten jigs.

pinting workshop
Finishing is crucial to enhancing Lure’s allure.
We can apply this through spray painting, 3D printing, heat transfer printing, and clear varnish.
In the paint shop, we also add UV, luminous, and fluorescent effects.
Quality inspection samples undergo nine scratch tests.

We utilize our MES intelligent management system to conduct quality control at every stage of the lure production process.
