  • We include a legally binding non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in our cooperation contract.
  • All custom processes (design, mold making, production, packaging, quality inspection) are completed in-house. Only internal staff have access to our confidential workshops.
Typically, during the sample phase, we use 3D samples for testing to avoid excessive costs.
 
  • If you pay the mold fee: This mold will be exclusive to your orders and will not be used for production for other clients.
  • If you do not pay the mold fee: You need to meet the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). We will cover the mold cost, but the mold may be used for ODM production for other customers.
